Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notification.


Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy
